Im thinking the dumbass commish from ACC may have outsmarted Slive & others with that concocted/sideways ND deal. All teams but football are now full blown into ACC comp. Just like Louisville gets to play ND in football this year -- big boost to their schedule. They were the big plum and the old boy may have scooped it up.
As they say, even a blind hawg finds an acorn ever now and then (no offense to the arkys)
I hate to think it is all TV $$$. I know it is, but there is something about traditional rivalries,,, of course I am old enough to remember Leonard Losers call FSU the Semi-Holes, etc

Serious question: If traditional rivalries are so important than why did the SEC play only 5 or 6 conference games from the 30s to the 80s?
It's all about $$ now and it was all about $$ then.

I loved Leonard's Losers. He made the game into a little cartoon you could visualize in your head!
