liggins is a skill player, who happens to be enormous.

He's gonna be our goalline QB, RFAD.
We're gonna have all the benefits of Alabama's famed "Jumbo Package" under Mike Shula except we'll score.

I didn't say he's gonna be all-conference. But I do believe he is athletic enough and now in much better shape to help us in spots. Whether that be in short yardage situations or providing a big, athletic body on the edge in a blocking role.
I agree with you that it will take him time to work on his routes, release, etc - I am in no way saying he's gonna step in and be Jimmy Graham or even a fraction of that. But I do think he can help us.
But as I said earlier, I'd love to RS him.
