1.As the ACC doesn't have it's own conference network, nor does the Big 12, neither factors in to this conversation.

2. The city of Boston has FAR more Penn State/Ohio State/(insert bandwagon team here) fans than they do Boston College fans.

3. Miami has a horrid fanbase at best. Market-wise, Florida owns basically the entire state.

4. You can't count New York as a Big Ten State either since Rutgers is located in Piscattaway, NJ. For the 20% or less in New York that care about college football, most are Syracuse fans.

5. If you want to be technical, Las Vegas and New Mexico are PAC 12 markets.

6. The SEC pulls about 30% from Oklahoma City between Missouri and A&M.

1 - Network or not, those are still their markets and they still sell ads based upon those markets.

2 - I can only lulz. No, PSU and OSU fans do not dominate the Boston market. Notre Dame and BC dominate the Boston market when it comes to college - that's just a fact.

3 - Miami does have a weak fanbase outside the south Florida market, but they still have their following down below Sebring and so on. And Florida, while they have the dominate following in the state of FL, they do share with FSU. Hell, for that matter the panhandle and everything around Jacksonville shares with FSU, Bama, UGA, and Auburn.

4 - No one ever claimed NY was/is a B1G state.

5 - I don't want to be "technical." I want to be accurate and you were not.

6 - I don't, not for a second, believe Ok City has that kind of SEC influence in the form of A&M and Mizzou. Had you claimed 10-20% A&M, maybe ... mayyyybe, but no, the SEC does not dominate 30% of the Ok City market.
