From what I understand, the Pac 12 Network has more subscribers paying a higher premium than the Big 10 Network. So even though the Big 10 Network has more people, their average cost for a subscriber is less than half of what the Pac 12 is making per subscriber.
The Pac 12 number is just an estimate though. We'll see later what they're actually making per subscriber.

The Big Ten network is nearing the end of their contract while PAC 12 network just launched. The BIG is projecting revenues of $44.5 million for each school in the 2017-2018 school year.
