Barking up the wrong tree dude.

LSU football has always been as much a social institution as much as a sport to follow to old timer fans like myself. Whether the team was any good or not back in the day wasn't the most important thing. The gatherings, the pageantry, the partying, the just having a good time factor was plenty enough.

Once LSU became really good with Saban, the fandom amplified of course but the core principles of attending a LSU game have remained mostly the same to many, a social event, an excuse to have a great time , basically a continuation of a social calender that never really ends down here.

Attending a LSU game at Tiger Stadium is pretty much the epitome of a very full social calendar.

An excuse to have a huge party.
