No, it doesn't. The Alabama fan got out of his car and beat the shite outta the USC fan. The USC fans friend rode his car over him. He got Dick Cheney'd. Not much to do with Alabama except Alabama beating someone. You should be used to that.

Yes, he got out of his car and beat the shite out of a guy who was drunk 3 times the legal limit in a crowded parking lot while people were leaving after a game. The guy fell and his friend ran him over. None of that is disputed.

The Bama fan didn't murder him, but he clearly contributed to his death (intentional or not) by completely overreacting and instigating violence.

Is this the only time in the history of the world something like this has happened? No. But it's just another log on the fire.
