it's just a bit touristy for my taste which I presume is why you might be calling it "trashy" but I don't think that's really fair at all. It's a really nice place with some great house brews and small strip of shops and a few "hotspot" places if you're in a festive mood.

Hermann in Mo., is a little more laid back and smaller town feeling with less of a tourist motif, in the mid summer it's a fantastic place to visit, with top notch local brews/wines.


I guess some would consider Pigeon Forge and Branson "small towns", each has their appeal, I'm sure most don't need a rundown on them.
