Greenwood doesn't really have any uptown apartments and it's not an apartment heavy town. More of a duplex, starter home kind of community. My bro-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment and pays $450/month. He hasn't had any issues and but he locks his door every time he leaves. Also it's on the East Side of Greenwood and there is a traffic factor to take into account.

Any idea on a rough range what these run?
I might lean that way over an apartment.
I hope it has really thin walls so you can hear the person on the other side.
