Who cares? I have heard coaches talk about recruits before they signed and the NCAA did nothing about it. I am old enough to remember Billy Brewer at Ole Miss mentioning Peyton Manning on a radio show when he was still a recruit and the NCAA did little or nothing about it.

turns out it was the guy who hacked DJ Fluker's twitter. authorities havent released the name yet but it is believed to be either Luther Davis or John Phillips
