And a big key. First you have to have a coach smart enough to gauge what fits the talent best. Second, you have to build an offense around that talent and maximize the talent. Thirdly, you have to get the kids buy in on it. Without any one of these conditions you are in trouble. Malzahn was able to do this the first year he was head coach. (Getting the team to buy in) I realize he was at Auburn, before...but first time as a head coach.
