Damn, we have an 18hr/8hr rule here. If you work 18, you have a mandatory 8 away. Get paid if the 8 rolls into your normal shift.
Turn arounds are just shitty, but the OT is nice.

Well I found some frick ups while I was setting some I-beam frames tonight and I gotta get with the day shift (which I happen to be on) and show em what to fix. Only reason I was there longer than 12 hrs was because the frames didn't get there until 7:30 tonight and we had concrete scheduled for 6am so they had to be set and I'm the only field engineer on this job.
