Until this year, they were fine. The surface they had this year was some new of Nike's and was a large part of why they were so fast this year. Although, if you actually look at the numbers and not just listen to message board bitching, there were a large number of players that ran numbers very close to what they'd run at other camps.

But hey, if you want to be dense enough to believe that Gurley doesn't run a 4.4, go for it. Marshall ran his lasered 4.25 at UNC's camp, and that is well faster than anything any SC back ever put up.

As for verticals, you see that little mat they were jumping off of? That was a horrible idea by someone organizing the event and you should definitely take vert numbers from there with a grain of salt.
