I'm not crazy about breakfast food first thing in the morning either, but I have to eat something soon after waking up. Usually it's just a bowl of cereal around 5:45 or 6, then I have some fruit and/or yogurt around 9 or 10. This is on weekdays. Weekends I can have a granola bar and wait until the rest of the family gets up to cook waffles or pancakes or something.

We had like a 30 minute break period in high school after 2nd period around 9:30 where they basically served us breakfast. It was where I basically made up for the fact that I couldn't get any food down around 7-7:30.
