Don't go too far. He didn't get where he is because he's dumb. He's not just a recruiter or a micromanager. He's a phenomenal football coach. He calls plays and schemes better than anyone I've seen and I'm being honest.

If anyone can solve the problems of HUNH it's him. He has plenty of tape and he has the aptitude.
