Yep, we have one in my local area I found out about recently. Cop was lucky he wasn't shot. He pulled over an old man because he didn't have a license plate but did have temp tags. Old man had a stroke recently and doesn't have full control over part of his body. Old man was not wearing his seatbelt. Old man normally carries a revolver with him everywhere he goes.

Anyway, a verbal altercation takes place and the officer rips the old man out of the car and face plants him because he wasn't able to remove himself from the car quickly enough. Old man was hurt during the altercation and is now suing the local government. Cop probably doesn't know how close he was to getting shot.
