I think Richt has underachieved a lot more than Miles.
Richt hasn't had even an SEC Championship in 9 seasons. He is turning into Phil Fulmer.
At least Miles has teams playing for the National Championship in his time at LSU. Not only that he has WON a National Championship.
Should be 2 but ESPN was to busy flip Flopping thier stance on winning your league and playing for a NC. But that is a bitch session for another day.

His point went totally over your head. Both Miles and Richt will go as far as their coordinators allow them to go.
