I don't think Bama is doing anything shady, but I think attributing these kind of sustained numbers to the beauty of the campus, the greek life and the football team is a little naive (not saying you did it). I think these numbers show some kind of administrative preference or system that it's in place.

Exactly. They have moved recruiters from in-state efforts (because they aren't needed) to other locations in the Southeast.

Those are all things that boost out of state enrollment. We have the largest sorority recruitment in the country.

Majority of the freshmen resident halls have all been built within the last 10 years and are ridiculous. My dorm for example had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.
