When Tennessee gets back is when the East will be back. Same with Florida

The East is doomed then, UF has been gone 1 year (11-2 in 2012) I expect them back.... UT on the other hand has been gone for a DECADE (10 years)...
67 wins - 58 losses...9 games over .500... 35-46 in the SEC, with 16 being over UK & Vandy...
Drop '04 & go with the last 9 years UT is 57-55, 2 wins over .500 with 15 of those wins being over UK & Vandy...
