I actually watched that a few months back (most of it anyway).
It brings up some good points, but at the end of the day I feel like it centered around the idea that humans are actually capable of creating a society where the sort of problems they are discussing either dont exist or are greatly minimized.
History and human nature both tell us that is just not very realistic. Our very nature makes it impossible to do, eventually all civilizations end up with vast unequal distributions of wealth and power and have a poor allocation of finances and resources.
IMO, "thats just the way it is" should be an acceptable answer so long as humans exist in their current state. Humans are "flawed" by our own idealistic standards of how the world should be, and I see no reason to believe that is fixable. Humans have abused every political and social system ever conceived.

It actually doesn't say everyone should have equal distributions of wealth, but okay. And socialism doesn't even really say that, the term 'equality' is greatly misunderstood.
It's a capitalist movie.
I'd be interested to see you comment on it in a specific way, since you watched it.

"Let the Fire Burn" - about a stand off between MOVE and the Philly police in the early 80s.
"Bhutto" - biopic of former Pakistani Prime Minister, Benazir Bhutto. Crazy how so many decisions made decades ago still reverberate today in regards to the Middle East.
If you have NBC On Demand, last night's two hour Dateline on the 20 year anniversary of the OJ Simpson case was good, too. It will piss you off though.
