NOTES

1st Team Offense Avg Star Rating: 3.36
1st Team Defense Avg Star Rating: 3.27

We really hit on some ** prospects. Robinson is being mocked in the 2-3 rd range of the 2015 NFL Draft, Wilds has several 100+ yd SEC games, Golightly was 2nd team All-SEC last year, and Thompson owns a W over two ranked teams on the road.

Our starting DB unit doesn't look that bad right now. I haven't heard much news on Groves, though. Anyone?

For the first time since before we fought ourselves into the SEC's upper tier, we are without a ***** on our roster. Roland and Davis are near ***** (96+ on 247).

W/r/t our current depth chart, I don't see too many of our freshman cracking the 2 deep. Our DE recruits can't seem to get their grades in order, BAW is talented and focused but our LB corp looks very solid, and w/ Spurrier's heavy emphasis on playing upperclassmen I'm not sure anyone gets into the WR rotation. DB is the only area I see anyone getting PT, and I think it'll be DJ Smith, who appears physically ready. Plus we can fulfill our promise to him to give him a shot at corner, and then slide him to safety once he's in the S&C program awhile.

Im leaning towards Byrd. He really stepped up last year, I just wish we would utilize him in some quick screens

Gonna be Mitch to Roland and Mitch to Cooper. After the last half of last season, it would not surprise to see Roland crack some AA teams.
