Agree. Would have to be up before it could be down and it hasn't been up in quite some time now.

Disagree. 2012 was a strong year for the division. 3 teams won 11 games, and combined, those teams beat 8 teams that won 10 or more games.
They also split their games with the west that year in the regular season.
