I stubbled upon this article while I was looking for news on Columbia's Baseball Regional this weekend. I can remember when we first started using this and it really got the fans going. Unfortunately the SEC told us that we could only play the crow after scoring plays or between quarters during conference games. I know that every school has it's on thing (Miss St cowbells and Tenn playing Rocky Top every other play) so I just want to know if you think that this rule was created specifically with us in mind. Also why do you think the league had a change of heart about the rule.

It'll be cool having it back I guess. Most of the times during OOC games you couldn't hear the crow over the crowd noise anyways. At least where I sit. I'm sure the students hear it
