Keeneland alone makes UK a solid trip.

In the old SEC the Dawgs always got a date during Keeneland so they probably have the longest fan experience with the track. Vols and Dores were historically the November days and they suck as cold crappy weather and rain were often part of the experience. Gators usually had the early dates before Keeneland.

Historically Keeneland was 2 weeks in the spring and 2 weeks in the fall. I think they now race 16 days but Monday and Tuesday are dark so it usually stretches to the Friday of the 3rd week. This still usually means only 1 SEC team per year gets to play the double. When UK played LSU more often seems like they were the other school that usually got a Keeneland weekend.
