The Memphis cops completely abandon the areas that need real cop work until there is a murder. Just like they do everywhere else.

For real. I recently got a ticket for a rolling stop that really wasn't a rolling stop.

I don't like MPD as much as the next guy, but that's a half truth. A lot of those areas won't be cooperative. You can only do so much if the people there won't help.
