Go see an allergist and get tested. They can prepare a serum to desensitize you to what you are allergic to. I would get severe reactions just from mowing grass, pollen etc. Now I take allergy shots and it has allowed me to get back to normal. They may also get you on some nasal sprays that will help. Or a steroid shot can indicate if it is an allergy or something else.
