Raised with a silver spoon in his mouth...has everything a college kid could ever hope for...then has he audacity to say, "people should spend a day in my shoes," as if his life isn't the best money can buy?

Douche

Give it a rest. Unless you're gay, you don't get a free ticket to the NFL without plenty of hard work and talent.

This was my first comment and the first time THIS comment of his was even brought up. Alzheimer's, old man?

Or just stupid? I never said he didn't work hard or have loads of talent.

I'm talking about his off-field antics. The things he does on social media. Basically, if any other college student complained about the things HE complained about all while having their school paid for, no job, nice car, courtside seats to countless NBA games, MLB games, NFL games, etc...I would dislike them. I would think that kid has no grasp of the reality that average college students must live through.

In fact, if anyone should walk a mile in anyone else's shoes, it's Manziel. He should see what it's like to work a full time job, have a full course load, drive a shitty car, barely afford internet, eat nothing but Ramen noodles, etc, etc, etc.

In the list of college kids with things to complain about, Manziel is at the very, very, very bottom. Yet - he complains. Walk a mile in your shoes? Well, Johnny, I'd have loved to have walked a mile in your shoes when I was in college. It would have been awesome to not have to work. It'd have been awesome to be able to afford a professional sporting event, much less to sit courtside. It'd be awesome to drive a nice, new car that mommy and daddy paid for.

I'm well aware there are tons of people that have those luxuries in their life. They just don't complain about their lives to the world completely unaware of how entitled, spoiled, and selfish they sound. To do so would be extremely unlikable (Manziel).

He's a fantastic football player. A&M will undoubtedly take a large step back with him gone, IMO. But he's a douche supreme.
