Do you not get that he was one of only 3 tackles we had on campus?
And he never actually started a game. He played all last year as a back-up guard. He was the starter coming out of spring because our other RT was being tested out at center.
I'm not saying he's not good, but he's not a world-beater and I'm not surprised Auburn has many more talented players at his position.
If his grandparents aren't deathly ill, he is an idiot for transferring. I'm not making a judgement one way or the other, just stating a fact. He'll probably never start at Auburn.

I really don't care where he is, but you seem greatly involved in this. He is just another walk on right now. Love the way you bears are acting like he was of no consequence to your team. Both teams will be okay if he went to Troy. Just like jerking your bear chain. Hope it works out for you.

quote:I wouldn't necessarily say we have a lot of players more talented than him. Auburn will lose a center, a guard, and possibly could have a tackle turn pro early after this year. If the tackle turns pro, Golson could have a decent chance at starting somewhere for Auburn next year. Finding a position for him could be difficult if the tackle comes back
I'm not surprised Auburn has many more talented players at his position.
