this thread has ran the gamut for sure... Back to Gays, Marriage, and Cannibalistic Sacrifice please..
To me personally, what Piazza did was on a Friday afternoon before the news could hit the airways quickly, and some folks were tipped off sooner than other so the marriage certificates could be issued as quickly as possible. Notification were not quickly in coming to those who disagree and fought for the law to begin with. I sense some repercussions coming on his behalf in the future.

I don't care which side your on this SHOULD NOT be a government decision. If they can tell you who you can and can not marry what else can they tell you what not to do?
As far as the bible thumpers, I don't see you bashing divorce lawyers or protesting to make divorce illegal. That is the core of your complaint on this issue, sanctity of marriage correct?
