The near constant bypassing of government operations, checks, and balances.

It's terrifying actually, but liberals literally could care less because it's pushing thier social agenda and orchestrated by thier ruling class.

If the GOP takes the senate, and then the presidency in 16, they are going to do the same shite and this country will burn. All while the liberals cry about not following the rules, they will only be following liberal precedents.

Equality isn't an issue that the government is to allow voting on by the public, especially when the rights being infringed upon is of a minority group.

The Judicial branch is the check and balance to these issues, there are further checks and balances within that will send the issue to the highest level of the branch for a ruling in regards to the constitution of the US and/or State.

It isn't an "us vs them" level of debate/strategy that became so popular in the 30s-50s by conservatives.

If equality was up for vote, equality distribution would still be controlled by white land owning male voters...
