You're missing the entirety of my point.....A county judge does not have the power to strike down any state law, no matter if your view of said law is equal rights or basic rights. Speaking on gay marriage or the right to carry a weapon, they're all laws in our state.

The timing of how he did this was very manipulative and unprofessional.

And I'll amend what I said earlier to point out that the AG did ask for a stay of the ruling in the trial court within minutes after the decision was issued.

No your missing the point, for social issues if you disagree with liberals you are racist, a bigot, and also a dumb conservative.

The matter of which the social measures are pushed through makes no difference. Welcome to the world of the left, pure hypocrisy.
