Bust (n): to not meet expectations that were set because of a prolific college career. The term is often used by fans of an opposing team to describe a player that had success against their team, but has not continued that level of success in the league. Often this term is used as a moral victory, as the last remaining line of trash talk from opposing fans when their team has failed to match the success of the "bust's" team.
