Tea Partiers and Libertarians are actually hurting their chances of getting a Republican elected simply by existing. History shows that this country is always drawn toward the middle, regardless of party affiliation. Radical ideas don't work in America.

This is actually a pretty good point. Tea Party people are god awful.
