Never met him but he seems like a Coonass type guy. Someone who craves attention. Annoying quality.

He sucks, but the guy who owns the trailer in front of ours doesn't let anyone stand on the deck but himself and his friends. He has the deck chained off for God's sake. It ridiculous.

It bothers me that our administration thinks that we need a super fan for each sport.

I like Hobie... I used to bartend at the Starkville CC and he and I got to be buddies. He probably is MSU baseball's biggest fan.
I believe he's signing that article because it's about him... If people are asking for it, then how is he being a douche?
Not sure if he still does it but he used to write some pretty funny articles in the M&W magazine.

Please point me to the location in my post where I called the man a douche. I never said that, the picture and his so called "status" just irks me the wrong way. I guarantee you that he wasn't at the opener when it started raining. Our entire lounge got underneath our deck in the pouring rain and waited that game out to be played. I feel like he will only be relevant when we are having success as well. If someone came up to me and was like, "Hey, do you want to be a corny guy who is the poster child for our baseball team?" My answer would be no, because 1) It's stupid as hell 2) I have a life
