Question should be...did his urine temperature fall in line with a normal urine test? If not, then it's plausible as a diluted test. If it falls into a normal range temp wise, then it isn't diluted.

God dang we have a winner, you wanna know why the NFL is saying "we treat it like a failed test" that is why, it wasn't normal and pushed it into the realm of failed test rather than water
