Did you not watch much football last year?

when was the last time a featured back in a run-heavy offense averaged 9 ypc?

What do you define as feature back?

The role he plays is notorious for having big plays. Onterrio McCalebb averaged about 9 I believe in 2010.

I watched plenty of football last year. Sorry if I didn't memorize the name of your 647 yard rusher with nearly 1/4th of his production from one game against a Pac 12 team.

As for "featured back," I mean someone with a workload equivalent of Mason, who didn't even come close to averaging 9 ypc. Are you seriously suggesting that Grant is good enough to shoulder the bulk of Auburn's rushing game and have a ypc average that would easily place him amongst the greatest running backs of all time?
