It is not expected although it is appreciated if said old lady is picture worthy.
You will need to be familiar with the OT vs IRL rating systems. For Example IRL (in real life) 9 could be anywhere from an OT (off topic) 4 to an 8. IRL 10 can range from OT 6-10.
IRL 7/8 usually come in on the OT 1-4 or so range.
