Racism is NOT illegal. Until it is feel free not to go to the games or do whatever you feel you need to do to protest.
Distasteful as it might be, the man is free to think and feel as he wishes to.

And the commissioner and owners are free to exercise every clause they can to protect their brand. You should be concerned about the rights of those that aren't the racists in this scenario.
