That is just Cal. The reason Kentucky isn't playing Indiana any more is because Crean wanted it to be a home and home and Cal wanted it to become a neutral site game. It isn't to keep Indiana from stealing recruits out of Kentucky.
If that logic made any sense then Kentucky would still be playing a home and home with Indiana because that state pumps out basketball players at a higher level than majority of the country.
