Does anyone have the problem where your legs twitch at night like restless legs. And I'm not talking about where its a light kick but a hard twitch. This happens all the time when I'm trying to sleep, and the only thing that helps is having to go take a bath. Its aggravating as sh*t

Drink more Gatorade. Something about not having enough electrolytes is what I've been told is the cause

Jimmy Legs. Can happen in the arms too. I know Frank and Estelle had to resort to sleeping in twin beds because of her jimmy arms. Might look into that.

Ask your doc about Requip or Neurontin. Common scripts for RLS and PLMS.

Your nerve endings have a loose connection. Just tighten them up.

you're gonna call my bullshite, but....

My grandmother once told me the "Old Wives Cure" for that. I have no reason to lie to you. She said put a bar of Ivory soap at the foot of your bed near your feet and your RLS will stop.

I don't have RLS and have never tried this, but for 50 cents I figure it's worth a shot.

Its called "restless legs syndrome", they have medicine for it. Sounds ridiculous but if its keeping you up you should see a doctor about it.

I used to have it bad but now that I think about it, it hasn't been a problem since I've started sleeping with a CPAP.

I had bad RLS for a while. Turned out it was my blood pressure medication that was causing it. Are you on any medication?

a little magnesium citrate will help. You should be able to find it any Vitamin Shoppe. Be careful about the dose, though. Too much can potentially have a mild laxactive impact.

If it's RLS, you need more sexual release:

quote:

Masturbation can cause an orgasm and an orgasm releases dopamine and dopamine can calm RLS; therefore, masturbation may also calm RLS.
