I don't see how this would be an overreaction. The last 2 (more?) guys arrested were under 21 and shouldn't be there anyway, unless there's more to Northgate than there was in my days at A&M.

I see the marijuana and alcohol-related offenses as something relatively harmless.

These are victimless crimes and as Warrior Poet mentioned, mostly class C misdemeanors.

I don't see these offenses as part of some greater criminal enterprise that is in need of drastic action.

Finestfirst79, from your exploits it would appear that you were quite the lawbreaker in college as well.
