Well that area might soon turn into its own "real" part of town. Specialized Real Estate is about to break ground on some cool apartments near the Malco. Walkable, urban-type stuff. Core's new taproom will be a few blocks away via trail from this.

Are they breaking ground? That's great news. I keep forgetting about that project.
