Ozark Beer Company in Rogers is my favorite. Their IPA, Stout, and Belgian are excellent. The IPA is my go to and can hold its own against some of the more well known brews from Avery, Stone, etc.
As for the Fayetteville breweries, I like Fossil Cove. The Paleo Pale and the Brown are both very good as well.

I'm jealous. Central Florida is huge and yet it's notorious for its shitty craft beer selection. We've got one absolutely fantastic brewery in Tampa (Cigar City) that stocks the rest of central Florida pretty well but there's not much beyond that

This. Know one of the guys from my frat back in the day.
I also like Core pretty well. Haven't tried Fossil Cove or Apple Blossom yet.
Saddlebock just isn't that good IMHO, tried several, liked none really
