Byrd is one of the few I would not be at all surprised to see run a 4.2 at the combine.
As for Cooper, I'm expecting a mid 4.4. Maybe he is capable of a high 4.3 here and there, but I seriously doubt his official combine time will be below 4.4. These 4.3 times are about as ideal as possible with the conditions and who is timing him.

When byrd was being recruited he ran a laser timed 4.26 or 4.27 at a nike combine event
