I don't see any tough decisions in the Bama athletic dept on the horizon. Certainly none that will have them in "a world of hurt".
Not even keeping Grant this year was tough. I've stated for well over a year that Grant could not be fired this year.
Don't know of any other coaches that are even close to being on hot seat at Bama.

He can't possibly be any worse than Moore was at not letting people go. See Wendel Hudson.
