Regular season ratings are much more important. 12/13 games > 1 bowl game.

So the fact that ratings are that much of a factor in deciding who plays in the national championship is bogus.

But the discussion is about the playoffs. Did you not read the thread title correctly?

Postseason money will have a positive effect for the PAC and B1G because of the eyeballs in their respective footprints. Fail to grasp this simple concept and you will be surprised when each get a playoff slot each and every year. I will not.
