Agreed, she's tries, and has some good people.. she just needs to utilized and trust us a bit more... but that's also hard to do when she is in the situation she's in. I think she trusts me more than she realizes... At times she has given me full access to her main computer and files so that I could assist her in computer issues... LOL, She may not know how much trust she put into me by doing that, but it was much more than adding up employee hours and making a schedule.

It sounds like you should offer assistance. Sounds like she needs a general manager to handle the operations. Sounds like you could do it.
