Actually his 1st year in 2010 he went 4-8 at Cincy and his 3rd year he went 9-3 he left before they won the bowl game. His record at cincy was 4-8, 10-3, and 9-3. So overall 23-14.

Oh my. You're right. 4-8. Dooley numbers. Seems like he turned it around after that huh?
