Definitely. I am fortunate to live near a liquor store that might have the largest selection of hand picked, privately selected Bourbon in the USofA.

They send a very experienced team of Bourbon enthusiasts (not me, alas) to the various distilleries, where they test 100s of barrels and buy the best barrels they can find which are then bottled exclusively for this particular liquor store. It's really good stuff, to say the least.

Regardless, though, you should be able to find Knob Creek and Four Roses Single Barrel around if you look hard enough.

It's worth the effort, imvho.
