I don't run after tanks anymore, someone was slinging baloons before Oak Mountain in the middle of the lot last year right next to our car. I told him that probably wasn't a good idea here. He laughed at me and got arrested 15 minutes later.

pretty sure the lanterns were for that mostly and other stuff as well.
They even found 2 tanks at the Marriott nearby, didnt realize what they were at first
