counter sues never work out positively. Why didn't they sue in the first place?

Its hard to sue somebody for defamation of character before they commit the defamation.
Edit* i doubt anything comes of either, i just thought it was funny they went with 2 million like the other guy did

This whole sue / counter sue for 2 mill was all planned out by freeze as an elaborate way of purchasing the number 1 recruit in the country in plain sight and the student originally suing is in on it. The kimdashians will win and no one will question why theyre riding around in BMWs and taking pictures holding million dollar bills /coon'd
